THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS! We want you to LOVE your purchase but we understand that sometimes it just doesn`t work out. Here is what you need to know if that`s your case:

We will happily accept returns postmarked within ten (10) days of delivery on unworn, new products with tags attached. Customers are responsible for shipping the return. Return shipping costs are at the customers expense. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction on eligible items. All Accessories, home & gifts, seasonal items, special orders, sale items discounted more than 20% are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. NO EXCEPTIONS. Items sold at 75% or more are sold as is. Any damages or imperfections will be listed in the product page of the item. Please note that dye lots vary on all block printed goods and small imperfections may occur. Shoes must be returned in their original box and the box must be in good condition. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location.

Because you were able to touch, feel, and try on for fit and size, shoes and clothing may be exchanged or returned for store credit within ten (10) business days of purchase with original receipt. No cash, check, or credit card refunds will be given. All items returned must have been purchased from Monkee's of Chapel Hill. Returned items must be unworn with price tags intact. Accessories, home & gifts, seasonal items, special orders, trunk show items, and items discounted 20% or more are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
