Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on all returns unless otherwise indicated as a promotion. Refunds will be made to the card used in the original transaction. All Monkee’s boutiques are independently owned and operated, so we can only accept returns on purchases from this store location. Handbags, sunglasses, jewelry, lingerie, accessories, home & gifts, special orders, and DISCOUNTED or SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original box and the box must be in good condition.
